Refund policy

Generally we do not offer a refund on change of mind or unwanted gifts. Refunds or exchanges are not offered on earrings due to hygiene reasons Refunds or exchanges are not offered on personalised products, free gifts with purchase, giveaways, bundles free items, mystery items, prizes or the like.

To be eligible for an exchange, your eligible item must be in the same condition that you received it. It should be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will need to be provided. 

Return Shipping Costs are not covered by Love Ammos Jewellery and are the responsibility of the person returning the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return.

Faulty items will be dealt with on an individual basis for return or refund. Please contact us direct if you have an item that is faulty via our contact us page and provide proof of purchase.
